I often get asked how many sessions do you think it will require for my injury to get better. The simple answer is as many as it takes! Patience and determination are needed to ensure that you recover properly. If the injury has occurred over a long period of time it is likely that it will require more time to heal and correct itself.
Massage will assist with the recovery process. However, it should not be solely relied upon to fix the injury. Ask yourself am I doing my rehabilitation exercises, am I doing my stretches. What else could you be doing to get the maximum benefit from your massage.
